Accreditation Requirements

To maintain our high clinical and professional standards, all applicants must provide the following before a practising licence can be issued:

• Accreditation by a recognised professional body
• Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
• Photo ID (UK passport or right-to-work proof)
• Proof of UK address
• Up-to-date CV
• DBS certificate (if applicable)
• List of any staff members working under your licence

All applications are reviewed by our Medical Advisory Board for approval.
